4 exams over..

Within two days i would have completed 1/3rd of the whole course.. thats quite a lot.. isnt it. :D

But have I learnt that much?? Not a gud question..
Certainly my way of thinking has changed. Yep it has..

And I have started seeing people from a different perspective now. Damn it. My perception has been ruined. I think I connected better with them earlier. Now I just try to fit peple into personality types.. and thats the most foolish thing to do.

I know.. this will wear off soon.. :D I love my weak memory..

and.. yeah.. i havent written about the study group that we have here . have I?

Diary Dilemma

I had read this somewhere a while ago "Only sad people keep diaries.."
I disagreed with it at that time..
However, yesterday night.. once again I had this urge to start keeping a diary again.. And I thought why..
I think people who keep diaries just need somebody to talk to.. When they dont have a friend who can be told everything, they tell it to their diaries.. That also explains why some ppl have a name for their diaries (Remember Hello Kitty.. ?)

Random saturday rants

The chill is increasing.. and it seems to be worse than last year's (The chill Drill).
I mean, december has just begun, and we are already having 7.5 degrees !! Do you have any idea what it translates into when u have an 8.30 class in the morning?
yeah... probably a grade dock because u cant be so cruel to make urself get up :D

and yes... APROS is approaching.. I hope its fun. The dinner is gonna be. M sure. Will tell u about it when I come back :)

And hey.. did i tell u about Elevate ?? It was fabulous.. absolut (!) ly.. And it had been ages since i had so much fun..

You shouldnt meet ur idols in flesh.. ever !! I did.. and was so disappointed :(

I first heard Euphoria when I was in std 8th or 9th.. I loved the band, and i absolutely loved the guitarist and the percussionist.. absolutely.

Met them today.. and found out that
1. Live doesnt sound as good as the record ( Wasnt so with Sonu Nigam.. he sounded great.. )
2. Being a celebrity does not mean u hav a sense of humour.. So plz DO NOT try to crack stupid jokes to arouse the crowd. It doesnt work..
3. The percussionist tries too hard to cash in on his hair. It was a bit sad.. I had liked him only bcoz of his hair.. I mean, flounting is good if done within limits..

what else.. here I am.. back frm the concert (which is not over by the way.. )

We hav a party tonit.. hope to have fun at least there..

But still, I am happy to declare that i DID spend this weekend doing something worth..
Spent the saturday clicking pics around the campus.. ( Strictly not judging :) ) and Sunday.. Ksh was here.. went to this nice italian place called Earth. Good food, good music (live) and great ambience.. I absolutely loved some of the nick nacks they had. But careful as they tend to charge u for food you havent even ordered !!

Well, the week so far has been largely uneventful. I must have at least spent 10 hours watching mindless sitcom episodes ( and really enjoying them .. :| ).

I think i am missing something here. Maybe its like the calm preceding the storm. Just a hunch. Lets see.. we have Imperium now , APROS in second week of december and our end terms afterwards. And thats not exactly what you call a breather. I guess i just have to start working.. :(

It has been too long this time.. and i hav a feeling it wont be too often from now on.
its not that i am that busy.. its just that being here for about 4 months and its like the writing madhu in me has died.. or maybe she is in a deep slumber somewhere..

And yes.. some days.. I am not able to think. The faint murmuring that I had has turned into a din.. Its scary at times..

But yes.. I am still in touch with myself.. those fleeting seconds are precious.. and yes, i do cherish them..

One recent one was during the Illumina celebrations.. We had children from various schools here for some paintintg competiotions. You know I had almost forgotten how kids look like.. How they are so tiny.. One poor little kid was not able to reach the desk when he was sitting on the chair.. :) he was sooooo cute.. And those kids were drawing.. It was a refreshing sight.. I was happy for the whole day ( and yes.. our MR was a success .. yippie.. )

However, i am aware that the times ahead are going to be bad.. Ohh God.. Plz let me retain my sanity.. Plz.... I dont like that noise anymore..

God has a nice sense of humour.. coz one of the questions that we hav been given to write on is "Describe your current life situation..". Thats cruel !

had a lovely time last night.. ( late till this morning :p)

had gone to my old PG.. All of us had such a nice time. We cooked a really elaborate meal (complete with naan and salad !!), had ice cream.. and of course lots and lots of talking....

It was ashima's last day too.. She'll be off to Mumbai next week :).. and met a new girl jyot.. She has come in my place.. Really nice girl.. delightful :)
And everybody was so nice... Didnt feel like i was visiting the place after such a long long time.

havent really studied anything since i came back ( quite difficult with the lectures of course... )

am gonna tidy up my room now.
